Update: I received an amended 199 today without going to a formal board. Apparently my appeal letter and updated evidence was good enough to overcome the presumption. Thanks to everyone for the advice.

Just an update... I received my amended 199 today. Apparently my appeal letter was good enough for them to overturn their presumption of fitness and I ended up with 50/100.
