Just got my results from PEBLO. 80% DOD 100% VA TDRL.

Yea the VA is a hit or miss I tried calling like 4 times the day my case was closed to try and see if one would give me my rating but they didn’t budge. I’ll have to wait for my letter.

That’s so weird how you found out your PEB findings before your rating.

Did they mention a letter being sent to you?

Does your claim say closed or updated since? Mine updated Friday and closed Monday. The VA has had my claims since April.

I got the email that AFPC received my package on the 19th of August and just got notified my Proposed rating was submitted today.

I had a similar issue. Before starting the IPEB phase, I had PEBLO submit an IMR so that a second unfitting condition be added. Another provide reviews your records and letter you provide of your concern and they determine if it’s unfitting through Military standards.

Also taking control substance for Chronic Insomnia.

I’m in the IPEB stage for Chronic Insomnia and Seizures. Taking upper dose of Keppra because I’m still having seizures.
