    There is really no way to know for sure until a bill is passed. I’d say the only people that are 100% safe are those with the PEB - Combat on 199 and at least 10% CRSC. The more inclusive the better, but we’ll see what happens.

    No. If you get CRSC you will be entitled to both VA and. Dod in full as it is written now.

    Yeah I think mine was like 75 days or so. I wouldn’t sweat it. I think it’s nearly a 100% that you’re rating will stay the same.

    You can be diagnosed at the VA C&P exam. However, you’re much more likely to receive compensation for injuries and illnesses already in your military treatment record.

    You are correct. MH conditions are included if they’re from combat and rated as such.
