Once Va finished your claim then they send to quality assurance (PEB). It’s the finish line before receiving findings.

Here’s my timeline for reference. My case was PEB accepted June 15 Va claim was closed July 18 Sent to PEB Aug 2 Received findings Sep 14

Update peblo officially handed me my findings. I was found Unfit however 0%DOD, VA 50%. My lawyer already told me that my condition being unique and I don’t have seizures with my symptoms will likely be 0% because my referred condition (TAA) does not run off it’s own code unfortunately it runs...

I have to go in to see my peblo Tuesday he said he’s out of office Friday and Monday so I gotta wait till then it’s fine but I’ll know my DOD results then. I got pretty screwed in terms of my referred condition atleast on the VA side. If you are signing findingss then you are unfit.

Yea you are about two weeks behind me so expect findings in around 2.5 weeks. Also your new EAS populates on MOL in the BIR 4-14 days after you sign, your command will also get a notification.

I’m going in on Tuesday to sign I know I already have 50% VA I didn’t claim much I’m gonna claim some more after I’m out. Not sure about DOD yet. At this point I’m not going to appeal this has all taken too long lol.

Holy hell the day has come. 09/14 - received findings. Only took over 8 weeks since case was closed. So damn relieved!

Makes sense they are this backed up since my case closed July 18 lol still no findings the Va dropped thousands of cases on the PEB/QA all at once.

When I called the PEB two weeks ago they said I’d have mine back in 1-2 weeks yet here we are so I’m sure it’s some kind of script they read. I also don’t know about TRS.

Just trying to understand is qa with the Va or PEB

Same it’s been a long time I kept myself busy working in the armory and RFI as it’s the only job I can do as an 03. If I couldn’t work I’d lose my mind lol. I had a year of Limdu and started IDES in march. When we get our findings we will be happier than hell!

I’m still at QA (quality assurance) 8 weeks since case was closed.
