I told the board that I believed that the radiculopathy was equally disabilitating. It also helped that the EMG I had done prior to the board showed significant nerve damage.I describe my day to day activities and how it feels like I'm dragging my leg around making me more clumsy with the potential of falling down, also I find it very difficult to go up and down stairs.

After my FPEB. 20% for back and 10% for radiculopathy for a combined 30%. I then requested a VA reconsideration and they upped my back to 40% and radiculopathy to 20%. Combined 50% DOD
