I went the IMR route for my NARSUM.
Wrote a nice 3 page MFR and the Col, was like naw fam, I concur with your PCM.
Then PEBLO asked of I wanted to essentially rebuttal my own MFR to the Col. I was like naw, what a waste of time. Let's just send it...
Today I had my brief with my PEBLO. AFPC denied the initial review to retain. My CC said retain. I said retain on my CC intact statement and AMRO said retain. AFPC said naw fam, we done with you.
PEBLO sent my the SHA form. I filled that out signed and sent back. I called to get TAPS scheduled...
Well PEBLO told me today AFPC decided against my CCs and my opinion on wanting to retain. They said push forward with full MEB. Got my brief tomorrow with PEBLO. She said I can try to appeal AFPCs decision. Anyone with experience for that kind of appeal?
Ya idk. I told me about it while I was on leave. Already sent it to me filled out and signed by the CC. I just filled up my notes at the bottom and signed it.
