    SRNCOREMF, I would highly advise you to do what you can do to get into wtu. There are alot of benefits and programs that are only available to soldiers in the WTU. The fact that you are still with your unit is in itself a disservice to you.

    The benefits you will get while at WTB are well worth going to the WTB. I was at WTB Fort Sam in 09 and 2010. and will be returning soon.     True statement Jason, It is even more unlikely that they would reduce the rating because these days people are generally too lazy to consider the extra work involved in reducing a rating. generation me has taken over.
