Just call them you'll be alright. I've already had my eas and had my eas extended so you should definetlyhave it by now. Keep in mind they can extend it 30 days

I am on camp pendleton too, my lease is up on the 30th too lol.

Today i called HQMC again and seen if i was able to extend my EAS. you are able to Extend your EAS a maximum of 30 days (if you have a good reason, mine being DMO not being able to move my stuff until mid january so not enough time to move, house hunt/job hunt etc. And they should be approving...

Are you going through Camp Pendleton, if so who is your Peblo? If you have already accepted your findings I would call the PEB and see if you can get your index number, I also posted previous in the thread what the number to HQMC seperations.

I signed my findings Last thursday so exactly 6 days ago ( I called HQMC seps) and they gave my eas over the phone, said it should update and show on my MOL within 72 hours so assuming Monday.

Received my EAS today, Jan 30th (ouch) So looks like i will be selling about 45 days of leave back. Especially with the holidays and getting all the IPAC outbound and DMO done before the end of this month dont think that will happen.

If you got them this week, possibly. But be out before the holidays? not a chance. Especially with audits.

I would expect 2 to 4 weeks ish, mine took 15 days. all just depends on the case load. Approx how long ago did they get the "unfit" finding. keep in mind, holidays are right around the corner.

I'll do you a solid and give you HQMC seperations number. They told me they count my terminal and 20 days ptad into the eas. I called the PEB and they are sending my package to hqmc tomorrow and hqmc said it takes 72 hours from the time they receive it until it shows on MOL, but its the USMC so...

I like everyone else it seems now signed my findings today as well. Apperenyly it takes about 10 days for your EAS to re update...so 62 days of leave on the books and 20 TAD as soon as the eas hits I'll be out within a week or two after.

It takes "About" mind you everyone is different especially for your case going into the holidays. But when it's done at the PEB it will take 1 to 4 weeks at va to get proposed ratings. Once they're done at the VA it will be sent back to the PEB then a few weeks after that it will be sent to your...

The VA rates your conditions after the PEB finds you unfit. Once the VA has your proposed ratings (DOD) and all others included they sen it to the PEB where the PEB will confirm your rating for DOD. So if your Peblo has your DOD rating the VA ratings should be there as well. Once you're eashits...

Just received the fax from the VA, I was rated 60% for my DOD related claim, so hopefully the DOD confirms the same rating (idk if they ever dont) and was rated at 100% overall so hopefully things move along faster so i can begin my life (again)

How are you guys reciveing faxes? Do you guys have Fax machines lol. I dont have one is there any app or website available to use?
