I was wondering if anyone knows how long its taking for the Navy to approve/disapprove the decision and to receive receive word? I see the Army has been taking 2-3 months. The DON received the recommendation May 18. Should I expect a few more months?

Thanks, and sorry to hear it was bad news.

My case was received Aug 2016. I received an email that a decision as made and was sent to DON May 18, 2018 for approval/disapproval. How long does it take to get word of their decision? The email said 45 days for their decision and 10 days to notify me of it. It's been now 63 days now.

If a person gets out at 10% and received severance pay and the pdbr finds that person 20%. could that person receive severance for the extra 10% the PEB board didn't pay out.

Lol! I meant does anyone on this forum know how they come up or have a formula they use to determine disability pay.

Is there a chart or formula used to determine how much one gets?
