    It's extremely rare but can happen. They would have to justify it heavily and strong enough to withstand the inevitable challenge. For what it's worth, I'm having the same anxiety over it.

    Yeah. I was unfortunate to be in not one but 2 vehicle accidents including a roll over. As a passenger each time. Needless to say, I drive now. I don’t ride passenger princess anymore. One of them caused a TBI which caused seizure. That’s probably 1/2 to 3/4 of those files. Guard here too.
