How do I get my DD 214?

I'm a bit lost I filled out some paperwork then went on ptdy for 20 days then my terminal starts but my command didn't really explain much. Now what I'm I done? Can I start a new job now? Do I have to wait till terminal to start a new job?

Got my dates through traffic but I'm confused. There are 2 one being FPOC and the other being RAD and they are quite different. Cab anyone explain?

Got told my case moved to VA ratings officer last week? What does that mean and hiw much longer??!! August MH case

Who can I write an email to or contact? Or what can I do to help this process? It's pretty messed up that things are so backed up and that they are essentially putting mental health cases on hold. I'm going crazy, I have to do something or try something.

I called my Peblo today who originally told me findings would come back between late November to early Decemeber, just informed me not to expect anything until March now.
