June 22ish 2015- Met with MSC -claimed conditions
Aug 24 2015- Had last QTC Exam (I had 3)
Sept 1 2015-VA received my claims
Sept 9 2015-Called PEBLO- He said he just received my QTC VA exams yesterday. Today is day 84. Sept 11-Date the VA said someone reviewed my file....(ebenefits says evidence past due for months now).
Sept 17 2015- Signed Narsum, package sent up. (3 months exactly from the day I met my PEBLO) Sept 21 2015 PEB received package Sept 24 2015-MOL message:Case has been accepted to PEB for action.
Sept 30 2015- Called IPEB- Said they couldn't discuss my case with me but he had my file on his desk.
Oct 9 2015- ebenefits changed from est completion of 10/23-12/20 to saying: RO can't give an estimated date for my claim. (Still says evidence past due even though they have everything)
Oct 26 2015-ebenefits pending decision approval.
Nov 25 2015-Called MSC he said the PEB just found me unfit last friday (took 2 months, he doesn't know why) my claim is at the VA now.
Dec 03 2015 -Ebenefits has 2 open claims original still says pending decision approval & 2nd says claim received.
Dec 24 2015 Ebenefits original claim moves back to prep for decision.
Dec 29 2015-received email from QTC stating the VA wants another c&p for a hearing exam. I declined due to hitting my 6.5 mark today and being fed up with waiting.(QTC scheduled the exam erroneously and I don't actually have an exam despite receiving email notification and an appointment package in the mail. ) Ebenefits adds a new est completion date 4/7/16-6/9/16
March 02 2016 - Signed ratings. DOD 10% VA 100
March 25 2016-EAS Posted to MOL (Marine Online)
April 01 2016- Got my DD214.
April 08 2016-Actual EAS
April 29 2016- received severance pay
