Not for my neck and back they didn't do an LOD but they did for my Type II which ironically was found fit for. That was the reason they sent me to a MEB in the first place.

They say they are in the paperwork and they are saying it Proposed DES was incurred from the GULF WAR. Does that mean Ii can use that information to show Combat related? Where do you apply for CRSC? Oh and it does say PDR

Yep received the email yesterday late from my PEBLO and he said he has my ratings and congratulated me on being retired from the military. This tells me that I achieved the min of 30 % on the DoD side. I will get the actual ratings today some time
