as the previous reply stated the DOR is calculated as (15 days to out process) + (the days of leave you want to take as terminal) + (any permissive TDY, skillbridge, etc). I have 50 days of leave that I took as ALL terminal instead of selling it [kind of regretting that I didn't sell the leave]...
