Got word this past Friday that I will be separated medically!!! FINALLY some good news!

My packet has to go back up the chain so a final determination can be made. Been at this since December last year and barely getting this far. Once this is made I get to finally get my stuff sent up for ratings.

Well I did receive some good unofficial news. The CG decided not to take final action on my case and referred it back to my BDE. My lawyer expects a favorable outcome. I can't wait to get this process over with so I can move on.

Best thing to do would be contact your OMBUDSMAN! They are outstanding at resolving issues within your chain of command and work for YOU.

talk to your MEB attorney at the hospital or wherever his or her office is for legal advice. Hell, go to TDS and talk to a paralegal and tell them your situation. Do what you have to do to take care of yourself because if you don't you will get screwed.
