No my ratings stayed the same, I only had one referred condition which was determined unfit. I had other conditions in my claim but those were determined to meet retention standards.

From everything I have seen on here and from what the PEBLO's say, you are looking at another 90 days for the PEB findings. I know that sucks to hear but that is the realistic timeline as of right now.

Has anyone heard about how they are treating people who have an OML in regards to promotions under title 10? My command seems to believe since the "promotable" status is no there is no way to be promoted prior to exiting.

You would have to ask your PEBLO about that, I would assume no unless their is something in writing stating that if you miss the school start date it will cause financial hardship or something along those lines.

That's crazy though, an offer letter doesn't bind you to a job. Even if they were to give you an offer letter and let's they the "Army took too long" they can pull the offer at any time! I would try and talk to them again and see if they can do anything for you.

On 7/19 I received my findings! If anyone is having problems with delays and has a job offer the expedited memo seems to work! 5 days after submitting the memo the PEB sent over my DA199!
