I hope the same for you.
One other note, don't be afraid to call manpower once you get back your date if you need to. In my case they populated my EAS as a little over 60 days out but I had 70 days of leave saved. My TERA request asked for June and it populated for April. First we called and...
around October last year they changed the policy or whatever and all of our cases disappeared from the VA website. once its completed they show back up but you cant access any documents. you have to wait for the peblo to call/email you, which for me it took about two weeks from when my case...
Mine was about two weeks after the claim closed on the website.
Yes under the claims section. it will be blank while the case is in review but once it is done it will show up as closed and then mailed to your peblo. you can also use the VA app on your phone.
I would say your any day now. Mine was with the rating officer 90 days or so. Check the VA website and when your case pops up as closed you should hear from your peblo within a few weeks after.
It was a total of about 90 days at the ratings officer I believe. Took about 2 weeks after it closed on the VA website for my peblo to email me. I am doing TERA so I submitted my AA form and such within a few days of getting it back. It shows Transfer to FMCR pending, have my date just waiting...
I was referred in early January 2022 and just looked back in my emails and I didn't do my legal breif before election of ides/ldes until April 15th. Just keep doing your monthly Limdu/ides follow ups with your doctor until they contact you. Once they do then things get really busy for a few...
Mine was at the ratings officer for around 90 days as RockyRoad said, Once your case shows up as closed on the VA website (its normal for it to show "no pending claim" during the IDES process) you will get a call/email from the PEBLO sometime after that. Mine emailed me about 2 weeks after.
Your timeline is almost exactly like mine but I was referred in January and started my appointments in March. Got my findings around the same time, submitted for TERA and just waiting on MOL to post the actual date. It says Apr 29th PEB retirement but that should have never posted according to...
mine was received 90ish days after it hit the ratings officers desk. My case showed as closed on VA website Jan 9th. I received the findings from my peblo on Jan 24th.
If your still on the initial paperwork with medical it shouldn't be a big deal. I had 3 listed on my IDES referral. I had over 20 on my VA paperwork because the lawyer had me list every bump and bruise so that it would automatically be service connected if aggravated in the future.
