The VA is treating the knee, but I filed a claim with them 14 months ago. It is still in process.

I forgot to mention that the Dr he last saw over at the wing specified MEB on his paperwork , that was a couple weeks ago, but that same day right after his appt with the Dr. when he got to medical they already had the medical discharge papers already done.
