So my 3947 states Anxiety disorder NOS. and last line shows not disqualifying under AR 40-501, 3-33. So can my MEB packet be forwarded on?

Can someone help me understand, what the heck is going on between VA and DOD, with adjustment disorders? I am currently pending an MEB and my packet is being held up due to a discussion between VA and DOD on how to rate adjustment disorders. Any help would be great.

ok, I have a question. Has anyone heard of all MEB packets being put on hold as of the last month due to the PEB and VA having conferences over adjustment disorders and not knowing how to classify or rate them. I have been waiting for 3 weeks now and I am told this by my PEBLO>

I am stationed in Germany and possibly pending a MEB. If I am granted one I heard rumor that now they ship you back CONUS for the MEB process. Does anyone know for sure? And if they do ship you CONUS is there a choice of stations or is it the nearest to your HOR. Thanks
