Offered TDRL? If i have a stable rating of 40 % for one condition, and 70% unstable other condition, would the 40% stable rating make me eligiblefor PDRL? The lawyer guy says i should appeal for change to PDRL .

Ok so,...spoke with PEBLO today. my ETS is less than 50 days from now(on 6mnth extension) my command wanted to know if i would need to extend again. She told me that there are over 150 cases pending ratings, and that mine went in for ratings Dec 2nd, but there over 30 days behind working on...

Army- signed narsum Nov22,2011 PEB recieved it 23Nov2011 at Lewis,125days now PEBLO called me yeterday morning to say she had been away for a week, but still knows nothing,...how can i find out whats going on?

I had S1-L4-L5 fusion Nov2010 surgeon stated that no further surgery would benefit, PA at Co level refused to initiate MEB or to renew profile,...Psychiatrist initiated MEB six moths later in 2011......EPIC FAIL!!!!!
