You have to wait until you get your DD-214 to apply. Also, your final ratings from the VA. Once you get that go see your nearest AW2 rep to help you apply.

Yes this is good. Should be getting a call from your PEBLO in the next week to review/sign your 199.

Have my orders 27 Nov final day in the Army. My whole process took 311 days start to finish.

I was placed in BN S-3 as the Schools NCO until I got my Ratings back.

Recieved and signed my 199 70% DOD and 80%VA TDRL on 17 SEP hit trasproc list on 19 SEP. Wating for orders.

Had to creat a new account. I was SSG Laura. UPDATE: PEBLO says my ratings are back with the Army and I should expect my 199 in 2-3 weeks. :)
