Good news is biologics like Entyvio work very well for your symptoms. I get infusions every 6 weeks and it changed my life. The med board process is long and complicated. Feel free to ask specific questions as they come up.

They kept me on TDRL. The SAFPC just paperwhipped my case and copy pasted exactly what the FPEB said. Even after my doctor specifically said in my records that i was in endoscopic remission and stable and unlikely to change in 3 years. They're just hoping to lower my rating later is all.

Ya they've completed half of the 15 sections of the VASRD since 2017... so if they stay on that course, we should see it updated within 2 years. It's all just an educated guess on my part, though. I don't know if they'll for sure make it similar to how they rewrote the skin section. I'm 90% VA.

Yep, 60% DOD for UC on TDRL. They said I'm unstable and likely to change in 3 years. FPEB Appeal denied. I'm now at the SAFPC appeal level, with doctors notes and current colonoscopy proving im stable. No decision from them yet.
