Thank you for the response. I hear a lot about these RAD orders being tucked away inside a CUI folder and has posed a problem for some admin personnel as they don't look in said folder. Do you know anything about that?

Anyone know which organization to look under for retirement orders in message traffic? For example, if I'm going through Balboa in San Diego, will it be seen under NAVMEDCEN SAN DIEGO CA?
