Discharged 10/2003 Personality Disorder administrative discharge, and received 70% from VA for PTSD starting the day after my discharge.
2004 VA rating was bumped to 100% PTSD and have had the rating since, it is my only rating with VA.
I don't recall the date, but I received a letter from Secretary of the Army about wrongful discharges and that I could request a review of my records.
05/2016 I sent an application to the National Veterans Legal Services Program
02/2017 An attorney group decided to accept my case from the NVLSP
04/2018 The attorneys officially submitted my case to the ABCMR.
01/2021 Received 3 votes for partial relief at ABCMR
11/2021 Case assigned to Brooke Army Medical
12/2021 NARSUM signed off
12/2021 Received 3947 and NARSUM
12/2021 Returned signed 3947 to PEBLO
02/23/2022 Received positive outcome.
02/24/2022 Sent signed DA199 back.
03/16/2022 Officially Retired
