Anyone know who at PERS (Navy) deals with the next step after PEB has indexed the case and sent notification to PERS?

Thanks, Not looking to celebrate. Next job is better not on terminal and they have been waiting awhile. They also require my clearances, so can’t do anything to put it at risk

Does anyone know, if message comes out with retirement date, is that a no later than date? Can I retire earlier?

Turns out just another waiting game here. Signed my findings, 40/90. Now no one can give me my retirement date and I have some folks that are asking when I’m available. Anyone have any insight on how long this takes?

Finally! Got a hold of Jeff this morning and had an email from my PEBLO. Going in to sign my findings. One step closer and hopefully I get my retirement orders quick

IDES attorney and PEBLO

I was at the va for 70+ days and was told I was assigned a rather at around the 35 day point… I don’t know that there is a good measure there. My VA package was at PEB a couple of days prior to the package assembly and start of QA date as well.

My case assembly date at the PEB was 12/20, my PEBLO said should be this week

Sitting in QA as well. I’m hoping for orders as soon as possible
