Yep! It's official Unfit 10% PDRL as of 30 Dec 2016. I believe I received the PDRL based upon my 23 yrs Active Service, even though I only rated 10%. You hear anything yet???

Per the VA, as I did manage to get my VA Ratings FAX'd to me two weeks ago, before I received official word from Navy (which I'm still waiting on, BTW), I did get 30% from the VA, which I'm content with, as I am now getting 2-3 prostrating Migraines that last anywhere from 2-5 days, on average...
