14 Nov 2016 -- VA Rep called; stated that they wanted to 'complete my claim/case that day, but wanted to know if I wanted to claim for tinnitus, which I said yes. He said my MSC would be in touch. Called MSC; he said likely means I'm UNFIT, but will have another 2-4 weeks of paperwork to complete.
15 Nov 2016 -- e-Benefits changed to read "Status Changed-Pending Decision Approval"; dates changed to 02/25/2017 - 05/22/2017.
16 Nov 2016 -- Ratings sent from VA back to PEB.
18 Nov 2016 -- e-Benefits changed again to read "Gathering Of Evidence"; dates changed to 06/29/2017 - 01/06/2018. Spoke with VA MSC--stated I was found UNFIT; not at liberty to discuss ratings. Also stated could be anywhere from a week to 3 months before I get official word from DoD.
21 Nov 2016 -- Received packet from VA with instructions on how to file for 3 conditions discovered during C&P Exam.
23 Nov 2016 -- Called VA for a different item, but received my VA Ratings via FAX -- 90% -- Still waiting word from PEBLO on DoD Ratings.
