Good morning everyone, Yesterday I received me IPEB and agree with everything minus it not being combat related. The only reason this matters to me is so I can keep my Mil-Tec position. Is a appointed attorney good enough to try and appeal?

I never knew you couldn’t switch back. I figured you would just have to wait until open season. Do you have source material for that? Looking at cost even for high deductible I would think tricare would still be a better deal.

Thank you for the response. I was trying to see which ones specifically. I clicked on one, I think retired reserve and said I am not eligible if I have FEHB. I would want to drop FEHB as I pay 800 a month now.

Hello, I have been trying to find the answer with no luck. What Tricare would you qualify for if medically retired from the Army Reserves? Also, with my civilian job I have access to FEHB ( Federal Health Insurance).

No I don’t have an LOD. I was active duty at time of diagnoses and treatment. No I have no records or it prior to AD. I joined at 17 and this was diagnosed about the last two years before I got out after 8 years active. It is service connected through VA.

What did you consider starting MEB? I was referred 28FEB22 and after looking into and getting ahold of ARMMC myself, was sent an initial email outlining who my Nurse Case Manager was on March 17. I have yet to hear from him. Also Army Reserves
