NARSUM is the narrative summary of your reffered condition from your referring provider. They explain all treatment options, medicine, etc that you tried and they put their reccomendation if you are qualified for future service. Your command should also be doing your NMA(non-medical assessment)...

Be ready. It comes quick. Like I said, I got my rating oct 26 and my retirement date is dec 30. Just take a breath every so often and prioritize what you need to do. Reach out to support if you're having issues or concerns. It may feel impossible but it is very possible

Thanks and no problem. At this point, just be patient with MMSR4. They have to process it within 24 hours of receipt. The PEB processing and sending it to HQMC is the hard part. Good luck!
