My JAG lawyer had the same opinion that i may get a low DOD percentage. I got my ratings back from VA yesterday at 60 percent for Kidneys and 40 for secondary connection of Gout (My GFR was 32 and have had 12 gout attacks in past 14 months)...... now just waiting to hear from PEBLO on DOD...

Hopefully yours goes smooth. i am still waiting for VA ratings, will let you know what they come back with. I am thinking at least 60 based on the "Definite Decrease in Kidney Function"

I am on day 56 of waiting on VA ratings and definitely would like to talk to someone at the VA also. When i ask my MSC i get the response back that this wait is normal

I am at 17 days for IPEB to review MEB findings which to me is crazy. I have one unfitting condition from MEB that is already service connected from the VA with an LOD. Hopefully the VA is working on my ratings parallel to IPEB.
