02/28/2025 - Awaiting final decision from 16th AF CC and for separation orders
03/17/2025 - Contacted Patient Advocate on mental health team
04/28/2025 - Mental Health provider removed from duty as a provider
07/09/2025 - 16th AF CC comes back with medical retirement decision
08/20/2025 - Medical retirement orders are printed (DOS: Sept 2025)
