I do not know. I’ve seen many cases of combined rating being awarded, but not sure if they would grant it if the presumptive condition is rated at 0%. An attorney is preparing my claim, I guess we’ll find out when I get the results.

I was denied for CRSC last week all for Gulf War presumptive IBS, Chronic sleep impairment, and Migraine headaches. Not sure what other evidence I need to submit other than having the VA ratings for all three presumptive and a proof that shows I spent 26 months in the Gulf. Thank you in advance!

I am found unfit for pancreatitis and goalbader problem but I want to stay in. Doctors have recomended if I get the goalblader removed I might not have this problems anymore. What are the chances of convincing the PEB to let me have the surgery and stay in the Arm? TIA !
