Your PEBLO should have given you an Index Number two weeks after you signed. With that, you can call NAVPERSCOM in Millington TN and ask them to expedite your orders. Then you'll receive them in 24-48 hours.

My findings finally came back. This has been such a long process, I thought I'd never be done! 60% DOD / 80% VA TDRL!

The VA won't give you your proposed ratings until after 10 days. And yes, you should call your PEBLO and see if he can tell you anything.

If I'm not mistaken, that means the VA is done with it and the PEB has it now.

Not yet. Hopefully, I hear something by the end of the day. Knowing my PEB office, they probably already have it and just haven't called.
