199 arrived! Talking to legal, submitting, and hope to see LOR and orders soon.

Mine switched to that on the 6th and my PEBLO said this is likely the case but can take 2-3 weeks until I see a 199.

Did it go back to review of evidence before you received your 199 or did you get it while it was still at gathering evidence with the sep documents? Just wondering because VA didn't tell me much and my PEBLO said they don't see anything new. Thanks.

The two of us are on similar time paths. I am a few days ahead and haven't seen my 199. My PEBLO has not been the most supportive as of late and said "the process is the process" and "don't get frustrated" I have heard around here that the timeframe from prep for decision to 199 can be 3-30...

I had a one day turn around and then went to gathering with a request for sep docs. Gonna call my PEBLO to try to see if they can see anything on their end but I know the end is near now!

Guess I am one of the lucky ones. Spend one day at preparing for decision and it is saying gathering of evidence with request sep documents. My time is almost over!!! Will call PEBLO today to see if I can get a peek at ratings and then wait a few weeks for the 199!

Yeah, mine just moved to preparing for decision and I was hoping that was a good sign. If you are 2+ weeks without answer, I can only assume the same for me. It's irritating to see things finally move and then stall on ya.

Did you ever hear anything back. I had the same issue as you with the Puget Sound Review about a week after you. Hope your stuff comes back soon.
