Yes very true, then it's a waiting game for the PEB to finalize all of it and present the findings, which I have heard has been the biggest holdup for a lot of people recently

I was told on Jan 1 my stuff was being prepped to send to the VA. Haven't heard anything since then. Not sure how long it takes for VA to rate and send back

If ebenefits has an estimated completion date pending decision approval does that mean you've been found unfit?

Hey all, I have similar timelines as well. Case received on 14 Dec, still waiting for fit/unfit. However, my ebenfits says pending decision approval and as of Tuesday had an estimated completion date of the claim. It's a 90 day window between late Feb and early May. Anyone have any experiences...
