I can rarely get in contact with my PEBLO as well. Try calling your assigned lawyer or paralegal. They can access the same system to see what’s going on.

I’m up in Wainwright and our timelines are almost exactly the same. I talked to my PEBLO today and was told my DA199 is in the “writing phase” as of yesterday, so hopefully I get the results soon. Like you said, it’s been too long.

I was prescribed Xanax a few years ago for a few years and it was never an issue. After 90 days of observation on the medication I was good to go. It may be ultimately up to what your psychiatrist thinks as everyone’s situation varies.

Mine took over a month to populate. Also if you are claiming TBI, your mental health DBQ won’t be completed until your TBI c&p exam is done.

Does your profile have its second signature on it? I’ve been diagnosed with CRPS as well and my p3 was made around the same day as yours, but I’m waiting to do my c&p exams now.
