January 7, 2016 - Met with PEBLO. (case deferred a few weeks because I already had leave in the system)
January 27, 2016 - Official PEB starting date.
February 1, 2016 - Met with VA Rep. Super helpful and informative.
February 1, 2016 - eBenefits claim is opened. Status is "Gathering of Evidence".
February 2016 - C&P Exams. Typed my NMA myself and sent to CO for signature.
March 15, 2016 - All C&P results finally received.
March 18, 2016 - Package reviewed, signed, and sent off.
March 24, 2016 - PEB officially accepted by the board. MOL notification received.
May 13, 2016 - Unfit. PEBLO e-mailed the PEB for confirmation. My package is in Pre-VA QA.
June 3, 2016 - Second claim opened in eBenefits. Type is IDES, status is Under Review. Original claim still states 2/1/2016 - Gathering of Evidence. PEBLO's online system still says "Pending fit/unfit decision".
June 9, 2016 - IDES claim changes to Preparation for Decision. Original claim still states 2/1/2016 - Gathering of Evidence.
July 1, 2016 - Original claim moves to Pending Decision Approval (skipped Preparation for Decision). IDES claim states Preparation for Decision.
July 6, 2016 - IDES claim closes and goes historical. Dependents added to original claim.
August 25, 2016 - Officially received my findings. 10% DoD and 100% VA. Signed and sent back to PEB the same day. Now the EAS wait commences.
September 6, 2015 - Received new EAS in MOL. 30 October 2016. No notification whatsoever. I was checking MOL daily and I looked at my BIR and my EAS had changed. Nothing appeared on the dashboard. Taking 20 days of PTAD and 19 days of leave, departing this desert hell on September 22, 2016.
