No I got my retirement orders yesterday , started terminal the same day and picked up my ID card the next day ( today) and dd214

That's because the VA rates you before it goes to the peb to decide if your unfit , then tell the peb your proposed rating and then they make a determination. So soon as my peb said I was unfit and sent the package back to the va, I got my va ratings almost instantly

I'll keep you updated as well , I also chose a day 30 days out I have 19 days left and still no orders, but had my O-4 make some phone calls to try and speed things up so I can go on some leave. As they aren't letting me go on leave till my orders pop.
