New EAS January 30th.

Depends on how slow the system wants to be. I am still waiting for my new EAS atm and its been over 2 weeks. But typically, your new EAS is given 2 weeks after you accept your findings and the new EAS is either 30, 60 or 90 days out from current date depending on how much Leave you have saved.

You have 10 days to review it and accept or appeal.

120 days minimum if found unfit. Average is 6 - 9 months. Worst case scenario is longer. Seen some last years. Usually takes a month or two if they find you fit.

It completely depends on who is handling your case. Some don't care until you get your findings, others try all they can to keep you as informed as they can. I had to find stuff out for myself.

I recommend talking to a Recovery Care Coordinator. I am glad I did and it made my Medical process so much less stressful and a lot easier.
