Sept 8, 2016: signed MEB finding to forward up to PEB
Sept 21, 2016: File was sent to PEB now time to wait.
Oct 14, 2016: found unfit forwarded to VA for ratings
Oct 17, 2016: VA received packet for ratings.
Oct 26,2016: went back to gathering evidence due to needing clarification from VA Hospital now just waiting on them to send required information.
Nov 10, 2016: prep for decision approval
Nov 14, 2016: second claim opened and closed in historical and proposed ratings sent to PEB
Nov 15, 2016: confirmed that ratings were sent back to PEB by contacting VA Rep at local MTF
Nov 23,2016 signed my 199 with 50%DOD/100% VA
Dec 16, 2016: start transition leave and ptdy with finally retirement date 24 Jan 2017

Feb 9,2018 submitted CRSC Claim and now the waiting begins.
