Did you check your email especially your spam/junk folder? When I received my letter, I got it via email. I received the email in May 2015 that my case was sent to adjudication.
You are in the final stage!!! Basically, the PDBR Board have already reviewed your case and submitted their recommendations to the Army and it's the Army decision to accept or reject the board recommendations. Once the Army make their decision they will notified you in writing.

Even though your status did not change at least you got a response. My case was in adjudication since May 2015 and it's now being prepared to be reviewed that was in Jan. 2016 so it took about 8 months to get to the prepared and reviewed stage. I wish they had an online timeline like the VA...
