For the PEB I am not sure to be honest. If I had to guess maybe it had something to do with the two holidays. For the VA I think 30 days is a decent timeline based on some other peoples timelines I have seen.

I was not expecting findings to come that quick after the VA claim closed this was definitely a pleasant surprise.
13 AUG 2024- Received PEB Findings 10% DOD/ 100% VA
15 AUG 2024- Thoroughly discussed my situation with the MSC and Attorney. Decided to go ahead and sign election...
I did some digging and found this in SECNAV M-1850.1 Chapter 4 section 1 (B)
" IPEB. The IPEB reviews the case file and makes initial
findings without the Service Member present. For IDES cases,
within 15 days of receiving disability ratings from the VA
Disability Rating Activity Site (DRAS)...
have you heard anything yet? mine closed a day after you on 08AUG. I told my PEBLO that I got the VA to email me the proposed ratings and she said she cant really estimate how long it will take IPEB to make a determination on DOD %. It's been all over the place for all of her cases...
Still waiting too....can't seem to get a solid answer from anyone on where it's at. I have a job lined up as well and they keep asking me for an update and I have nothing for them...This sucks!
