I was in a similar position. I spoke to my PCM and had a very honest conversation with him about the likelihood of my condition improving. We sort of came to the decision together that an MEB would be the best route forward.

I was referred to the MEB for Migraines. My C&P Exam does check "prostrating", but does not check "severely economically inadaptability." My NARSUM states that I miss at least one day of work a week due to the migraines, and have them 2 to 3 times a week for 7-12 hours with symptoms of nausea...

When your AF469 goes from code 31 to code 37, the MEB begins. Code 31's are usually normal (PT Test Profiles, etc.). In September when it expires it will not automatically turn into a code 37. Just to be sure monitor MY IMR once or twice a week to ensure no changes have occurred. Like...
