Gotcha. Thanks for the info. I'm wondering if it will make much of a differance.....all my ratings are service connected, but I'm wondering if I will recieve a notable pay hike. Is it worth filling out the forms?? 90% VA and 70% DoD.
So my ratings are as followes: TDRL
70% DOD for Panic disorder cat 2, major depressive disorder cat 2 (PTSD). 70% is very high I thought
70% VA for above mentioned, plus 10% for each leg (shin splints) 10% back strain, 10% for tennitus (ringing in the ear) 10 % for torticollis (spastic...

your looking at about 1,000$ a month. I'm an E6, married with 2 children and thats about what I'm getting. What I HAVE NOT included in your total amount is your combat related/service connected pay. thats something you will have to figure out on your own. If your injuries are 100% service...
redforman,
I am also waiting for the PEB/VA to give ratings. I'm at Balboa and the staff here are awesome. My PEBLO advised be that its not impracticle for the VA to take 6-8 weeks to post results. Your 8 weeks is coming up pretty soon though....so....you last posted on 15AUG, Any updates??

Thank you, that was a big help. It does make sense to receive a paycheck every month rather a one time check. I didn't know they cut you off of everything if you take the severance. Thanks again! Sleep study tonight, I'll keep you posted.

roger that! From what I have viewed from other time lines that seems like the only time you would have ACTUAL down time. Waiting for the VA. Thanks James
Thank you for your responce. It sounds like the first 60 to 90 days are going to be packed with appointments and I wont even have time to sit down. Thats not a bad thing, at least everything will be in motion and it is all about completing the IDES process in a timely manner. Alright....looks...
