Yes. I also journaled my daily episodes of vertigo, dizziness, and tinnitus along with any other issue that I thought might be related to Meniere's.

I am 100% Total and Permanent from the VA for Meniere's. No surgery! I take Meclizine 25 mg twice a day and 1/2 tab of Triamterene HCTZ 75 mg. I still get dizzy but its tolerable.
