Here in NC they take the severance pay into count and because of this I won't qualify for unemployment for 6 months and by then I will be working.

The process is pretty bumpy, but there are a few people who care and want to help. My Peblo was good and there is one on here that is pending over backwards to keep me informed.

Stalker it depends on who you talk to. What's funny is I was told 2 days to 3 weeks at first. Now that I'm coming up on 3 weeks the same person is saying 30 days. I call everyday and have someone checking a few times a day for me. We are pretty much on the same schedule as Wishing Well...

I will be getting severance pay. My Peblo wasn't sure what date finance uses to calculate because of my prior service. Does anyone know what date on your ERB finance uses to calculate severance? I haven't been able to find any threads on here on this, but could be looking it up wrong.

There has been a few posts today after the Ebenefits update that are saying the samething. Including me. Mine was Pending Decision Approval Evidence Request is Past Due Letter Sent. I had a buddy with samethingas well soitmust be an error or glitch.

I have the samething on mine. My buddy called me and mentioned his says the same.

Mine is in WA as well and my clain was sent to the VA just a few days before yours and my rating is complete just waiting on them in the mail and PEB.
