You wont be notified of fit/unfit till the ratings come back, but at the same time if you are fit they wont rate you.

The FPEB is a remote teams meeting with the board, your attorney, and you.

They said the doctor still has to review my medical paperwork which requires a phone appt. Apparently the first available is 9Jun. I swear Sewells point is the worst.

I signed mine on 30Apr and got the same date. Hopefully you arnt going through Norfolk because medical cant “review” my paperwork till 9Jun. WTH, i thought it was all done. So basically almost no time for PTDY or leave.

If you go to 20 you can collect concurrent retirement and va disability. Usually a better option. You would have to resubmit your VA disability claim on your own, redo your C&P exams and possibly not be 100%. Generally going to 20 is a much greater advantage financially but there are risks.

My VA claim closed yesterday, finally after about 10 weeks of waiting. At the same time I was also scheduled for another C&P exam. Is this something that other people have seen?

This is enraging, my claim went to the VA before you and I am still waiting.
