after 14 years awarded disability retirement from pdbr but i still do not understand everything

I HATE TO BOTHER YOU AGAIN KEEBS BUT DO YOU STILL HAVE THAT NUMBER FOR THE ARMY DDA,I CANT FIND ONE.I STILL HAVE A FREIND ON ACTIVE DUTY IN DFAS AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT TO ME AND DO NOT WANT THEM TO BECAUSE THEY MAY GET INTO TROUBLE.
