Sounds like we might have been on a similar timeline. My letter from SECNAV also was sent out Oct 2020. I didn't hear anything back and had to dig around and then contacted the Disability Retirement email. They had me fill out some forms and send it back to them. Just waiting, yet again.
Once I got a hold of a person from the disabiity_retirement email, they had me submit my PBDR paperwork and things moved along. I am now scheduled to go on base to get a new ID card. Still waiting for my certificate (if I am supposed to get one) and for DFAS

I was found unfit for sea duty because of asthma and I was medboarded out. I didn't have to do anything though, they requested the PEB/MEB after my SDS.
My decision was sent to the Navy 3/23/2020 and then I received a letter from the Navy dated 10/12/2020 that they received and accepted the decision. It ways I will be contacted once changes are completed
