Well I went ahead and called my patient advocate. She told me that we don't have enough PEBLO's here to be able to even check on cases once a week. Apparently by my base's standards, it's 100% A OK to not follow up on anything

Ballerina tea is really called 3 ballerinas dieter's tea. It's a hell of a laxative. Xpel is made by mhp I think.

Ballerina Tea works but its not nice. It tastes great and then ww3 happens in your bathroom. The diuretic Xpel works wonders but it made my head feel like it would pop at any minute. Have a gallon of water nearby when you're done.
